Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during the product development phase.
- Use engineering software to create and update Technical Instructions for special processes such as assembly welding heat treatment and concrete casting.
- Issue and update work orders for the mass production phase.
- Update standard time data for components during mass production.
- Work with teams to handle issues arising during mass production.
- Manage engineering changes occurring in the mass production stage.
- Handle NCR/QNR (non-conformance reports) during mass production.
- Improve processes to reduce standard production time.
- Conduct research to support the development of factory procedures.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- University graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical/machining fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in assembly line or manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in SolidWorks CATIA NX and CAD software.
- Fluent in English (speaking reading and writing) minimum TOEIC 650.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Management or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management preferably within ceramics furniture or export-oriented manufacturing. Proven track record in managing large-scale factory operations and leading multi-shift production teams. Hands-on experience in process optimization cost reduction and productivity improvement. Strong understanding of ceramic manufacturing processes including material preparation forming firing glazing and finishing. Solid knowledge of production planning inventory management and quality systems Familiarity with machinery operations basic maintenance and energy efficiency practices. Strong leadership team management and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset. Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Proficiency in production systems and tools Good command of English for both technical and managerial communication. High level of integrity responsibility and teamwork. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands. Physically fit and willing to work full-time on-site in a factory environment.
