About Company:

Our client is a software development and digital solutions company serving clients across the FinTech Gaming and Marketing sectors. The company has successfully delivered 20 innovative products across 5 international markets including Brazil Armenia Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

As part of the games team theyre looking for a Game Designer to shape mobile gaming experiences players keep coming back to from core gameplay loops to the story and characters that bring the game to life.

Responsibilities:

• Own the visual strategy across our digital touchpoints working closely with cross-functional teams to keep it cohesive.
• Design interfaces that combine color shape and typography into something genuinely engaging to use.
• Turn ideas into layouts graphics and flows that make the product experience better.
• Produce polished visual assets for web and other digital platforms.
• Keep a pulse on design trends and best practices and bring fresh thinking into the team.
• Jump into other design work as priorities shift.

Requirements:

• 4 years designing UI/UX for web and mobile products with real shipped work to show for it.
• Comfortable applying design thinking to turn business goals into design solutions.
• Fluent in Figma Photoshop and Illustrator.
• An eye for detail pixel-perfect layouts and consistency are second nature.
• Confident presenting design decisions to stakeholders and explaining the reasoning behind them.
• Open to giving and receiving direct feedback as part of the design process.
• Comfortable working closely with developers and the wider design team.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
