Oversized Cargo Project Manager

• Responsible for planning and building the oversized cargo logistics network in Vietnam.
  
• Design warehouse network line-haul transportation network and last-mile delivery network.
  
• Develop solutions for network coverage transit time and cost optimization.
  

• Develop and manage transportation vendors and regional delivery partners.
  
• Establish vendor onboarding and performance evaluation mechanisms.
  

• Establish product standards pricing models and operational standards.
  
• Support key account project development and implementation.
  

• Build SOPs and KPI systems for oversized cargo operations.
  
• Drive standardization across transportation warehousing and delivery.
  
• Continuously optimize performance in transit time quality and cost.
  

• Bachelors degree or above preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics industry including at least 3 years in oversized cargo network planning.
  
• Familiar with oversized logistics network design and cost calculation.
  
• Experience in home appliances or bulky goods delivery is a plus.
  
• Strong project management and resource integration capabilities.
  
• Able to adapt to working in Vietnam.
  
• Fluent in Chinese; candidates with English proficiency are preferred.
