Multiple Accounting Positions – Finance Shared Services

1. Team Leader Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

• Reports to: Manager

• Role Summary: Lead and manage end-to-end P2P operations and team performance across assigned entities ensuring timely closing strong internal controls and continuous process improvements.

• Key Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or related field; 5 years of AP AR in an SSC regional hub or commodity trading environment; at least 1 year of team leadership experience.

2. Accountant Order-to-Cash (OTC / Receivables) (2 headcounts)

• Reports to: Team Leader 

• Role Summary: Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections and reconcile accounts across multiple entities.

• Key Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting; 3 years of related accounting experience (commodity trading or public accounting experience is a plus).

3. Junior Accountant Record-to-Report (R2R)

• Reports to: Team Leader

• Role Summary: Execute daily bank and Forex transactions accurately across multiple entities while ensuring strict adherence to month-end deadlines.

• Key Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting; 12 years of relevant accounting experience (international/global hub experience is a plus).

• Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken).

• Working Style: Ability to handle tight deadlines adapt quickly and thrive under pressure (flexibility to support holiday coverage if required for AR).

Additional Information :

• Strong accounting knowledge; proficiency in MS Office; experience with SunSystem Oracle iRely or Power BI is preferred.
