MEP Site Manager

• Act as the primary site-level contact with clients Project Management Boards supervision consultants and other relevant stakeholders to manage daily activities and resolve project-related issues.
  
• Coordinate MEP activities at assigned projects and take responsibility for designated work scopes as assigned by the Project Manager.
  
• Provide regular updates and reports on assigned responsibilities and project progress to the Project Manager.
  

MEP Construction Management

• Plan assign monitor and follow up on MEP construction activities to ensure effective project execution.
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and other required project documentation.
  
• Organize and supervise on-site MEP construction activities.
  
• Manage subcontractors and construction teams to ensure compliance with project schedules quality standards and occupational safety requirements.
  
• Monitor construction progress and proactively address technical or operational issues that may affect project delivery.
  

Inspection Completion & Handover

• Organize inspection and acceptance activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate project settlement finalization as-built documentation and handover activities in accordance with project schedules and contractual requirements.
  
• Work closely with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and handover of assigned work packages.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct Manager.
  

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical Systems Extra-Low Voltage Systems Electrical Technology or another relevant discipline.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in an MEP Site Manager Construction Manager or equivalent position.
  
• Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and legal requirements related to project management and construction investment.
  
• Solid understanding of construction procedures technical regulations standards and site management practices.
  
• Experience coordinating and managing subcontractors and construction teams.
  
• Strong communication coordination and site management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
  
• Relevant certification in supervision of equipment installation works for construction projects is required.
