Laboratory Report Coordinator (6-month)

• Support the coordination of testing projects from receiving customer requests to issuing final reports.
• Review laboratory reports for accuracy and completeness before sharing them with customers.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide project updates and follow up on report revisions when needed.
• Prepare quotations process service requests and maintain project records.
• Deliver professional customer support while ensuring projects are completed on time.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Chemistry Biology Biotechnology or other related Science disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome (full-time availability is required).
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documents and reports.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
• Positive attitude willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team
