About the Opportunity
On behalf of our international client we are hiring a Project Manager to join their expanding team manage and deliver high-quality commerce projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful collaboration with clients and internal teams driving delivery excellence. Our client is a leading provider of e-commerce solutions and high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering and planning to execution UAT and deployment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers BAs and QAs) to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients (primarily UK US and EU). Manage expectations provide progress reports and handle change requests.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Retrospectives) and maintain project documentation.
- Proactively identify project bottlenecks manage risks and ensure the final product aligns with the standard of excellence.
- Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets to ensure profitability and healthy team utilization.
Job Requirements
Technical skills:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
- 1-4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Experience in E-commerce (Magento/ PHP/ Shopify) is a significant advantage.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows. Experience working with European/UK clients or holding a PMP/PSM certification.
Soft skills:
- Professional English is a must (minimum IELTS 6.5 or B2 level).
- Ability to "speak tech" with developers and translate complex technical requirements into actionable tasks.
- Sharp analytical thinking negotiation skills and a "can-do" attitude under pressure.
Requirements
