Internal Auditor (Chinese Speaking)

• Develop and implement periodic and thematic audit plans based on risk assessments including preparation of audit programs and working papers.
  
• Conduct operational financial and compliance audits; evaluate internal control systems identify potential risks and recommend appropriate improvement measures.
  
• Prepare audit reports present findings to management and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions after audits.
  
• Assess the effectiveness of internal control systems recommend process improvements and provide risk control advice for new projects.
  
• Guide and supervise team members while coordinating with relevant departments on audit activities and special investigations.
  

• Bachelors degree or higher in Auditing Accounting Finance Banking Business Administration or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in Internal Audit Internal Control or Risk Management. Candidates with team management experience and backgrounds in Logistics Express Delivery E-commerce or Manufacturing are preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of audit procedures internal control and risk management with good analytical communication problem-solving and coordination skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel is required. Experience with ERP systems Power BI or SQL is considered an advantage.
  
• Good Chinese communication skills are required. English proficiency is preferred.
  
• High level of integrity strong analytical thinking effective communication and collaboration skills problem-solving ability and a strong team-oriented mindset.
