Our client a leading company in the financial services and securities industry is seeking a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Manage and take full ownership of the Corporate Research teams analytical reports and research deliverables.
- Participate in recruiting training and developing research analysts within the Corporate Analysis team.
- Coordinate and organize quarterly and annual company visits for analysts to collect business information and prepare in-depth research reports.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through fundamental analysis to develop investment recommendations and portfolio strategies.
- Participate in investment presentations advisory sessions and client consultations.
- Develop work plans allocate responsibilities and evaluate team performance based on quarterly KPI frameworks.
- Collaborate on other strategic initiatives and assignments as directed by the Division Director.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with excellent academic performance or higher in Economics Finance & Banking Investment Auditing or related fields.
- Masters degree from an overseas institution and professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are highly preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in investment analysis equity research corporate analysis or related fields.
- Strong presentation and advisory skills with the ability to communicate persuasively in both Vietnamese and English.
- Fluent English proficiency across all four skills: listening speaking reading and writing equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above.
