Our client is a leading healthcare company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- P&L Assessment & Management: Lead periodic evaluation of the business and financial performance of Units (Hospitals Clinics) and Functional Departments (Sales & Marketing Human Resources Professional Departments Finance & Accounting Legal Department IT Department). Conduct in-depth analysis of financial indicators (P&L EBITDA conversion rate optimization of operating costs/revenue).
- Operational Hotspot Resolution: Directly engage identify root causes and coordinate with Branch Directors/Department Heads to establish recovery roadmaps and corrective actions for units operating below expectations.
- Assessment of Middle Management Leadership Capability: Provide objective evaluation and advisory recommendations to the Chairman regarding execution capability engagement level and succession planning for middle and senior management teams at branches.
- Strategic Consulting & Design: Proactively propose long-term strategic solutions to the Chairman to optimize the organization restructure into a lean organizational structure and deeply improve professional/service SOP processes.
- Leading Change: Sponsor and drive the implementation of modern management models applying technology/AI to enhance labor productivity and eliminate resource waste across the entire system.
- Building Standardization Foundation: Ensure the entire system operates consistently in accordance with the core direction and overall strategic roadmap set by the Board of Directors.
- Executive Authorization: On behalf of the Chairman urge supervise and exercise decision-making authority within the authorized scope for specific directives ensuring strategic commands are transformed into actual results.
- Leading System-wide Meetings: Lead key system-wide meetings with branch directors ensuring smooth information flow and resolving conflicts of interest or coordination bottlenecks between departments.
- Leading Scale Expansion Projects: Directly coordinate or participate in the management board of breakthrough strategic projects of the Group such as opening new branches investing in medical technology transfer electronic medical record (EMR) systems etc.
- Legal Risk Management & Medical Standards Compliance: Ensure the highest level of compliance with legal regulations legal safety in business/labor activities and the Groups medical quality standards.
- Experience: Minimum 57 years of experience in positions such as Chief Executive Officer Branch Director or Strategic Assistant at large-scale corporations (Priority given to Healthcare Pharmaceutical Retail Chain and Premium Service industries).
- Management Mindset: Excellent systematic thinking strong commercial sensitivity and the ability to analyze financial reports at the management level.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to communicate persuasively influence independently and solve complex problems.
- Attitude & Qualities: Decisive ownership-driven mindset absolute confidentiality and strong capability to work with senior personnel/foreign experts.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel unexpectedly or periodically for inspection and practical assignment at branches (Hanoi Hai Phong Ha Long and other provinces/cities).
- Income: Negotiable (commensurate with capability) System performance bonus (KPIs) / Project bonus according to executive-level compensation mechanisms.
Required Skills:
57 years of experience in executive management strategy or business operations preferably in Healthcare Pharmaceutical Retail or Premium Services. Strong strategic thinking leadership and financial analysis skills. Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities. High ownership professionalism confidentiality and flexibility to travel.
