We are looking for an experienced Game Director to lead the vision strategy and execution of our casual game portfolio.

What Youll Do

• Define and own the creative and product vision for casual and hybrid casual mobile games.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including Game Design Art Engineering Product Analytics and UA.
• Drive the full game lifecycle from concept validation and prototyping to global launch and live operations.
• Analyze market trends player behavior and competitive landscapes to identify winning opportunities.
• Establish and optimize core gameplay loops progression systems monetization retention and engagement mechanics.
• Make strategic decisions using data analytics A/B testing and player feedback.
• Mentor and develop game designers producers and product teams.
• Collaborate closely with UA and monetization teams to maximize LTV retention and profitability.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

• 7 years of experience in the gaming industry with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Game Director Product Director Lead Game Designer or Executive Producer.
• Proven track record of launching successful mobile casual or hybrid casual games.
• Deep understanding of game economy progression systems monetization models retention and player psychology.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced iterative environments.
• Passion for building highly engaging mobile experiences.

Bonus Points

• Experience managing games with millions of downloads.
• Background in user acquisition growth or live operations.
• Experience integrating AI tools into game development workflows.
• Experience working with global publishing partners.
