Facility Manager
Job Summary
- Manage and take full responsibility for the facilitys day-to-day operations.
- Plan and coordinate the working schedules of doctors technicians and operational departments in order to optimize capacity and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with professional medical units and relevant departments to ensure that examination and treatment activities are carried out smoothly and effectively while meeting customer needs.
- Manage develop and improve the effectiveness of the operations team including Reception and Coordination Customer Service Facility Administration Logistics and Housekeeping and other relevant functions.
- Ensure compliance with the Companys operating procedures operational standards service quality requirements and customer experience standards.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity quality and overall operational efficiency.
- Proactively handle operational issues and customer complaints and coordinate effectively with relevant departments to ensure continuous and safe operations.
- Take responsibility for the facilitys P&L.
- Monitor revenue costs room utilization productivity and schedule utilization rates.
- Propose solutions to improve business performance and optimize operating costs.
- Directly manage employees within the operations function.
- Coordinate the working schedules of doctors and technicians in accordance with operational plans.
- The Facility Manager does not evaluate assign or make decisions regarding medical professional matters. Such matters fall under the authority of the Medical Director.
- Propose staffing requirements process improvements and solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Job performance will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Achievement of the facilitys operational KPI targets 70%.
- Achievement of the facilitys revenue and P&L performance targets 30%.
- Ensuring service quality customer experience and effective resource coordination.
- Building and developing a high-performing operations team.
- University degree or higher preferably in Business Administration Hospitality Management or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management including at least 2 years of experience managing a facility or branch with direct responsibility for P&L.
- Candidates with experience in international hospitals or clinics 45-star hotels premium service chains wellness businesses or high-end retail are preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset with customer experience placed at the center of decision-making.
- Strong planning work organization and resource coordination skills.
- Proven ability to manage lead and develop an operations team as well as the ability to influence and coordinate effectively with doctors and technicians within a matrix management structure.
- Strong business mindset with the ability to analyze data and manage operational performance indicators.
- Proficient in English for both communication and professional work.
- Strong communication negotiation problem-solving and decision-making skills.
