Our client is a leading express delivery and logistics company in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their organization.
- Monitor consolidate and report operational data on a daily weekly and monthly basis. Follow up with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met and escalate potential risks at an early stage.
- Track tasks assigned by the CEO to department managers provide timely reminders and regularly update implementation progress.
- Consolidate and monitor key strategic projects.
- Prepare reports meeting materials meeting minutes and analyses as requested by the CEO.
- Serve as the primary communication link between the CEO and management teams and represent the CEO in delegated meetings when required.
- Draft official documents emails and internal and external communications in accordance with the CEOs instructions.
- Support the CEO in managing schedules business travel arrangements and confidential documents.
- Act as a key member of or lead process innovation and improvement projects.
Requirements
- Age: 25 - 35.
- College diploma or bachelors degree in Engineering preferably Process Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related position.
- Experience in the logistics industry particularly last-mile delivery is considered an advantage.
- Honest detail-oriented responsible and highly accountable.
- Strong analytical information synthesis and communication skills.
- Proficiency in all four English language skills.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
