Job Summary
- Prepare electrical panel design documentation including technical specifications electrical panel drawings and bills of materials.
- Coordinate closely with relevant departments throughout project implementation to ensure design requirements and project timelines are met.
- Participate in research and development activities for new products design improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects.
- Provide technical guidance and share professional knowledge with other design engineers within the team to strengthen overall technical capabilities.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Power Systems Electrical Equipment Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics or other relevant disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical panel or switchboard design either from an electrical or mechanical design background.
- Good command of English or Korean is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Quality Safety Management or an engineering-related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Strong practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 ISO standards and Vietnam laboratory accreditation requirements under BoA/VILAS (or equivalent frameworks) Proven experience with quality management systems and international quality and safety standards is preferred. Experience in Compliance Management and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) is an advantage. Strong English communication skills. Excellent organizational problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities. Mature team player with high self-discipline a results-oriented mindset and demonstrated leadership capability.
