Cloud Technical Manager

Were partnering with a leading global technology and engineering company to hire a Cloud Technical Manager based in HCMC.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a cloud engineering team delivering enterprise-scale cloud transformation projects across Southeast Asia working with modern cloud technologies and mission-critical infrastructure.

• Lead the design deployment and operations of enterprise cloud solutions across AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Manage and mentor a team of cloud engineers while driving technical excellence and project delivery
• Lead cloud migration automation and infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform CloudFormation or ARM templates
• Ensure cloud environments are secure scalable resilient and optimized for performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering DevOps and infrastructure teams to deliver complex cloud projects

• 6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure cloud engineering or cloud architecture
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Terraform CloudFormation or ARM templates
• Solid understanding of CI/CD cloud security monitoring and automation
• Python scripting experience is an advantage
• Experience delivering enterprise or government cloud projects is highly preferred
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a regional and multicultural environment

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Terraform Associate or Professional
