Define and lead the companys overall product strategy including the development and expansion of its AI and Metaverse product ecosystem.
Establish and strengthen core product capabilities that create sustainable competitive advantages deliver meaningful technology solutions optimize investment efficiency and support long-term business growth.
Take ownership of the entire product portfolio and continuously improve product development and operational processes to ensure effective execution from strategic planning through implementation.
Directly lead the Product Development organization allocate resources effectively and ensure strong collaboration across Product Technology and Business functions throughout the product development lifecycle.
Conduct market research and continuously assess product performance market trends customer needs and competitive developments to guide product enhancement and innovation.
Ensure product strategies remain aligned with business priorities market opportunities and the organizations technical capabilities and execution capacity.
Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance Product Management or a related discipline.
At least ten years of professional experience within the technology industry including three to five years of hands-on exposure to AI/ML AI-powered products data platforms or data pipeline environments.
At least five years of experience leading Product teams including Product Managers Product Owners and Business Analysts with proven experience managing cross-functional organizations of thirty or more employees.
Demonstrated experience in building launching or scaling B2B or B2C technology products digital platforms or broader product ecosystems.
Experience within AI Consumer Technology Gaming XR/VR SaaS or platform-based business models is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle with practical knowledge of capacity planning resource management cost optimization and overall project health management.
Strong commercial awareness and product thinking with the ability to make timely decisions and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment characterized by ambiguity and evolving business challenges.
Full professional proficiency in English across speaking listening reading and writing

Full-time position.
Standard working hours are from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
Required Skills:
University degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Computer Science Information Technology or other related fields. Experience in designing implementing and operating DR/DC systems. Strong experience operating servers and VMware virtualization infrastructure. Experience with Linux and system services. Experience operating Nginx proxy systems. Experience and knowledge of Windows services and servers. Experience working with backup systems and solutions. Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix SolarWinds. Knowledge of log collection analysis and visualization tools such as Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack Splunk etc. Knowledge of networking and security is an advantage. Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible Puppet or Chef is an advantage. Scripting skills (e.g. Bash Python PowerShell). Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases is an advantage. Knowledge of container orchestration and management tools like Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage. Preference for international certifications in systems networking or security fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in System Administration or similar roles. Preference for experience in securities finance banking or insurance sectors. Ability to research and explore features of new technologies for application in the companys model if suitable. Ability to handle pressure and enthusiasm for creative work. Teamwork skills. English: Ability to read and understand documentation. Preference for English communication skills.
