[Bosch R&D – Internship] Testing Tool Development Intern

1. Low-Code Application & Tool Development

• Design develop and implement low-code applications dashboards and web-based features to support laboratory processes and application for equipments.
• Maintain enhance and continuously improve existing lab applications.
• Develop tools for managing visualizing and analyzing laboratory data.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for lab personnel.
• Collaborate closely with Testing Engineers and lab personnel to understand requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
• Perform application testing troubleshoot issues and fix bugs to ensure stable and reliable functionality.
• Document application logic workflows and data structures.
• Create user guides and work instructions for developed applications.

2. Laboratory & Testing Support

• Prepare test samples and support execution of different tests (e.g. Mechanical Electrical) under supervision.
• Support laboratory management activities including 5S safety compliance inventory management document control.

Qualifications :

1. Education

• Undergraduate students currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Mechatronics Engineering or any related fields.

2. Technical Skills

• Interest or basic experience in low-code/no-code platforms especially Power Apps and Power BI.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. Python) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of data handling or database concepts.
• Data management Process flow visualization.
• Good computer skills; proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

• Good English communication skills written and spoken.
• Analytical proactive and open-minded working attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Good self-planning and fast learning ability.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
