Job Summary

Position Details

Provide quality youth-centered care that facilitates a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention screening assessment counseling and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care hope and evidence-based research.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Social work or related field.
  • Proven experience working with children & family diverse populations required.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
  • Flexible Availability
  • Ability to work 2nd shift
  • Ability to occasionally work on other shifts for supervision training and shift coverage
  • This full-time position is required to work some (not all weekends)
  • The schedule follows an A/B rotation:
    • Schedule A: Monday Wednesday Thursday and Friday
    • Schedule B: Sunday Wednesday Thursday and Saturday


Compensation Information

  • 3rd Shift and Weekend shift hours will be paid a $1.00 per hour premium above the regular hourly wage.
