Essential Job Duties:

• Work with Product/Software Design engineering for mechanical and electrical projects to support in the development and advancement of Liebherr concrete technology.
• Fabricate prototypes pilot runs of electrical/mechanical prototypes for testing and product development/ robustness solutions
• Conduct time studies root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve products and manufacturing flow.
• Design and build custom tools and devices to improve production processes and support daily operations.
• Identify evaluate and specify appropriate tools equipment and technologies to improve task execution in the production environment.
• Oversee the fabrication testing and implementation of new procedures to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering quality and production to troubleshoot design or manufacturing issues and propose actionable solutions.
• Support engineering changes and participate in the implementation of design revisions into production.
• Evaluate new components and suppliers for suitability and cost-effectiveness within design specifications.
• Interpret and update technical drawings wiring schematics and 3D models to assist in accurate assembly and modification.
• Program a variety of devices create standards for parameterization
• Support and train production personnel to ensure finished good execution
• Provide on-site or remote technical assistance to troubleshoot repair or adjust equipment.
• Perform on-site or in-house equipment assembly upgrades and modifications as directed by supervisor/ engineering team
• Operate equipment to troubleshoot machine problems and evaluate correctness and completeness of repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of LMTs workshop and warehouse areas.
• Handle and properly dispose of hazardous wastes such as oil antifreeze transmission fluid parts cleaning solvents and similar materials.
• Complete and submit all required reports and documentation correctly and in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:

Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school a minimum of five (5) years related experience and/or training in repair and maintenance of construction equipment or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Requirements:

Employee may be required to work occasional overtime.

Pay Range: $39.13$49.69/hour
