Job Summary
Responsible for the overall implementation management and success of the YMCA Reads/Bright Pathways after-school program at one school site serving up to 32 students. Provides high-quality literacy instruction academic support enrichment activities staff supervision volunteer coordination and school partnership development while ensuring compliance with YMCA and ECT program requirements. The position follows a school-year structure (32 weeks: one preparation week 30 implementation weeks one wrap-up week) with working hours aligned to each schools dismissal schedule and supports school-day literacy pull-out instruction as required under State Alliance funding.
