Position Overview

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized professional and results oriented individual to serve as Implementation & Continuous Quality Improvement Manager. DCFS offers a competitive compensation plan excellent benefits and a pension program. Essential Functions
  • Serves as Statewide Wraparound Implementation and Continuous Quality Improvement Manager
  • Oversees fidelity monitoring tools such as Wraparound Fidelity Index (WFI) Team Observation Measure (TOM)and DCFS practice observations
  • Designs and manages CQI processes that integrate fidelity outcomes and qualitative data
  • Serves as the contract monitor for Wraparound providers
  • Provides leadership guidance and coordination to strengthen authentic engagement of families youth livedexperts and community partners
  • Prepares summaries dashboards and briefings for senior leadership
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumeratedabove
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a masters degree in social work or a related human services field
  • Requires three years of child welfare administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years of professional experience in a public or private organization exercising working knowledge and application of childwelfare principles best practice development employee coaching emerging issues and research
  • 4 years of professional experience in a public or private organization conducting strategic planning and/or employeecoaching
  • 3 years of professional experience in policy development and implementation for a public or private social serviceorganization
  • 3 years of professional experience in a public or private organization exercising knowledge of child welfare related federaland state laws rules and regulations
