Responsibilities
- Copy scan and collate faculty documents as requested
- Type and format documents for faculty use
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic records
- Keep the lobby copy room and mail room clean and organized
- Pick up and drop off departmental mail and packages
- Provide general clerical support such as filing and stapling
- Monitor printer supplies and restock paper as needed
- Assist with clearing paper jams and basic printer troubleshooting
- Set up and break down equipment for faculty presentations
- Report any equipment issues or supply shortages to the department coordinator
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at the University of Tulsa
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Google Workspace)
- Basic knowledge of copy and scanner operation
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist faculty and staff
- Eligibility for workstudy employment through the university
