Description
Position Duties
- Ticket sales and Distribution to students faculty staff and the general public
- Distributing tickets through various channels (online ticket Office etc.)
- Providing excellent customer service to patrons purchasing tickets
- Answering inquiries about events ticket availability seating etc
- Adhere to policies and procedures related to ticket sales and distribution
Skills Required
- Ability to Provide friendly efficient and helpful customer service
- Skill in handling customer inquiries complaints and requests in a professional manner
- Maintaining order and efficiency in the Ticketing process during busy periods
- Clear and effective Communication with patrons coworkers and supervisors
- Comfortable with Ticketing Software or Ability to quickly learn and navigate new Software systems
