The Role: Workplace Experience (Contract-to-Hire)

Compensation: $46-$56/Hour DOE

A category-defining AI startup is seeking a polished and highly proactive Workplace Experience professional to support the daily operations and employee experience of their growing Redwood City office. This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and genuinely enjoys creating welcoming organized and high-functioning spaces for teams to do their best work. The ideal candidate is resourceful hospitality-minded and excited to roll up their sleeves in a highly collaborative environment.

The Day-to-Day

• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations to ensure the office runs smoothly efficiently and feels welcoming for employees and guests
• Coordinate office logistics including vendor management inventory supplies catering and workspace organization
• Support internal events meetings and team gatherings by managing scheduling setup and onsite coordination
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain a seamless employee experience within a high-growth environment
• Assist with administrative and operational projects as the company continues to scale rapidly
