Be the Face of Workplace Operations

Were looking for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager who thrives in a fast-paced client-facing environment. What Youll Do
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for CMMS platforms with strong experience using Corrigo or similar systems.

  • Manage the full work order lifecycle including scheduling reporting data integrity and process improvements.

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize building performance.

  • Conduct facility inspections floor walks and operational assessments to maintain high workplace standards.

  • Partner with facility managers and key stakeholders to support daily operations and long-term planning.

  • Coordinate vendors monitor service quality and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Train vendors and team members on CMMS processes and best practices.

  • Manage asset records maintenance history inventory and MRO parts ordering.

  • Analyze maintenance data and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

  • Deliver an outstanding workplace experience through exceptional communication and customer service.

What Were Looking For
  • Experience supporting commercial facilities or corporate workplace environments.

  • CMMS experience is required (Corrigo strongly preferred).

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable working directly with executives employees vendors and clients.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience coordinating maintenance activities and vendor performance.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility management software.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

  • Professional communication skills with a polished client-focused approach.
