Description for Working Foreman:
- Supervise schedule and lead a production team on an active manufacturing floor.
- Set the workplace pace and quality metrics by working directly alongside your crew.
- Ensure strict quality control and compliance across all finished components.
- Coach motivate and train team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Arrive 30 minutes early daily to coordinate lines check tooling and prep workflows.
Details for Working Foreman:
- Pay Rate:$26.50 / hour performance-based production bonuses.
- Schedule: Monday Thursday (4/10s) Overtime on Fridays/Saturdays required as production dictates.
- Location: Olympia WA.
Requirements for Working Foreman:
- Previous supervisor or foreman experience in a manufacturing or construction environment required.
- Hands-on comfort utilizing standard hand tools power tools and assembly gear.
- Strong communication organizational tracking and accountability habits.
- Highly dependable proactive mindset with a focus on strict shop safety rules.
