Key Responsibilities The Workforce Surge Trainer plays a critical role in building and sustaining the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) emergency response readiness. This position combines strategic workforce management with end-to-end instructional designleading the recruitment onboarding and engagement of volunteer response personnel while developing and delivering targeted training programs operational protocols and high-level communications.
