Job Summary
Required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with scheduling timekeeping and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred
- Associates degree or higher in Business Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare community-based services or hospital operations.
- Familiarity with workforce management or electronic scheduling systems.
- Experience supporting multi-site or system-level operations.
