Workday HCM Manager

Location: Miami FL (Preferred) / Remote Considered
Duration: 3 Months

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Manager to support a critical backfill position for a leading organization. This role will oversee Workday HCM operations provide strategic HRIS leadership and support both ongoing production activities and project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Workday expertise leadership experience and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders across the organization.

• Manage and support the Workday HCM platform ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Lead HRIS-related initiatives configurations enhancements and troubleshooting efforts.
• Partner with HR business leaders and executive stakeholders to understand and support organizational needs.
• Provide guidance on organizational structures workforce planning and Workday best practices.
• Oversee both production support and project-based Workday initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration and system issues.
• Lead and mentor team members while driving process improvements and system optimization.
• Support both shore-side and operational workforce management requirements.

• 7 years of Workday HCM experience with a strong HRIS background.
• Experience managing or leading Workday teams projects or implementations.
• Deep understanding of Workday HCM configuration business processes security and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Workday and integration-related issues.
• Experience working directly with HR and business leadership teams.
• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

• Prior experience as a Workday Manager Architect or HRIS Lead.
• Experience supporting large enterprise Workday environments.
• Workday certifications are a plus.
• Experience with both production support and implementation projects.
