Job Summary
Title: Data Analyst - IT III
Location: Chicago IL (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days/week on-site at Willis Tower CST)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a major HR systems transformation as the organization migrates from PeopleSoft to Workday (Project Sky Rise). This role will work closely with HR stakeholders and external implementation partners (Accenture) to design build and validate Workday reporting and analytics for deployment and post-go-live hypercare support.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build maintain and validate custom Workday reports and descriptive analytics to support HR business requirements.
Audit and reconcile data outputs between legacy PeopleSoft systems and Workday to ensure 100% data integrity.
Configure and manage Workday security roles and permissions related to reporting and data access.
Collaborate with implementation partner Accenture and internal HR teams to deliver post-deployment hypercare support.
Prepare polish and deliver executive-level analytics updates and status reporting to leadership.
Identify investigate and resolve data mismatches and report anomalies with high precision.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Workday Reporting - 2 years of hands-on experience building custom reports calculated fields and matrix reports.
Workday Security - 2 years managing domain security policies report security and data access roles within Workday.
Data Analytics & Reconciliation - 2 years executing descriptive analytics and data audit/validation between legacy and target HR systems.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
Workday Prism Analytics experience.
HR Systems Migration experience (specifically PeopleSoft to Workday).
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience working alongside tier-1 system integrators (e.g. Accenture).

The ideal candidate is a analytical Workday Data Analyst with hands-on expertise in custom report building data auditing and security role configuration. They must possess strong verbal communication skills to interface directly with executive leadership combined with a meticulous eye for detail to catch data discrepancies during a critical enterprise migration.
