Summary of Job Duties:
The TRiO Student Support Services Assistant will support the department by performing clerical creative and organizational tasks. The position is ideal for a student who thrives in a fast-paced student-centered environment and is looking to gain office and communication experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties including filing and organizing documents
Assist with the planning and execution of TRiO Student Support Services events
Create flyers newsletters and promotional materials for TRiO publications
Answer and route phone calls for the TRiO office professionally
Complete other duties as assigned by TRiO staff

Qualifications:

Must have a completed FAFSA submitted.

Must be eligible for Federal Work Study.

Must be a student.

Dependable and punctual.
