Are you looking for a meaningful on-campus job that builds yourskills while supporting students Join the Student Life Pantry team at WesternCampus! As a Pantry Assistant youll help create a welcoming respectfulenvironment for Pantry guests while gaining hands-on experience in customerservice inventory management and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes:

As part of The Pantry team you will:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with respect empathy and professionalism in a food pantry setting.
• Gain experience managing inventory by receiving donations restocking shelves and implementing basic inventory control practices.
• Develop office and administrative skills through tasks such as data entry filing and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in generating reports related to Pantry usage and engagement initiatives.
• Build yourteamwork and problem-solving skills by working collaboratively with otherstudent employees and staff.

• Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester;
• Maintain satisfactory academic progress;
• Adhere to Colleges confidentiality policy;
• Successfully pass background/drug screening;
• Answer phone and take messages;
• Clerical duties such as filing data entry copying and faxing;
• Open and sort mail;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Willingness to learn new technology;
• Assist with special projects;
• Other duties as assigned.
