Work Study - STEP Classroom Assistant
Salary:Minimum Wage

The STEP Classroom Assistant will help with tasks around the MVCC STEP Lab duringour after-school program which operates Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 5:00pm withoccasional Saturday hours available. Our program serves youth in grades7th-12th from the Utica City School District who are interested in pursuingcareers in the STEM field or licensed professions. The STEP Classroom Assistantwill assist STEP staff in maintaining learning environment assisting withfacilitating activities (handing out materials assisting students as needed)providing positive mentorship encouraging students on their educationaljourney and keeping classroom clean. This individual may also helpwith outreach and paperwork as needed.
