Prestige Travel Agency by Mich is dedicated to helping clients plan seamless and memorable travel experiences. We provide personalized travel planning services for leisure business family and group travel while delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support throughout every stage of the travel journey.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote this role you will provide administrative support assist with daily business operations coordinate schedules and help ensure an efficient experience for both clients and team members in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for daily business operations
Manage calendars appointments meetings and scheduling requests
Respond to emails phone calls and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Assist with data entry recordkeeping and maintaining organized digital files
Prepare correspondence reports presentations and other business documents as needed
Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate schedules for team members and clients
Update and maintain CRM systems databases and internal records
Assist with travel-related administrative tasks including itinerary preparation and reservation support
Monitor incoming communications and prioritize tasks appropriately
Support project coordination and administrative workflows across departments
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and client information
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and common business software applications
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
Ability to manage multiple tasks priorities and deadlines effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a virtual assistant administrative assistant office assistant customer service representative or in a related administrative role
Experience using CRM systems scheduling software project management tools or cloud-based collaboration platforms
Familiarity with Zoom Microsoft Teams Slack or similar communication platforms
Experience supporting a travel agency hospitality business or service-based organization is a plus
