Job Summary
We are looking for dependable organized and people-focused individuals to join our remote team as Client Support Specialists.
This role focuses on helping clients stay informed supported and organized throughout their experience. You will assist with communication scheduling follow-up research and coordination while helping ensure important details are handled accurately and professionally.
This may be a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people solving problems tracking multiple moving parts and creating a positive experience from beginning to end.
No previous industry experience is required. Training resources and continued support are provided.
As a Client Support Specialist you may be responsible for:
Responding to client questions and requests in a timely professional manner
Gathering and organizing client preferences dates requirements and other important information
Coordinating appointments schedules confirmations and service details
Following up with clients regarding outstanding information or next steps
Researching available options when additional information is needed
Maintaining organized and accurate client records
Monitoring deadlines updates and itineraries
Assisting with routine changes or adjustments
Communicating updates clearly throughout the client process
Helping identify solutions when unexpected issues arise
Supporting a smooth and consistent client experience
Using online systems and digital tools to manage communication and information

Experience in customer service hospitality administration scheduling coordination sales support or client relations can be helpful but it is not required.
