Were looking for a BCBA to join our Woodbridge VA team in a hybrid role that combines in-person clinical work with the flexibility of remote work.
Balance in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work. We want you to have flexibility in your week while staying connected to your clients families and clinical team.
We prioritize quality over quantity giving you more time for clinical decision-making treatment planning data analysis and supporting your BT/RBT team.
Choose the structure that works best for you:
- Full-Time Salaried: $90K$110K
- Full-Time Hourly: $85$100/hour
- Part-Time: $85$100/hour
- Flexible scheduling
- Sign-on bonus
- Up to $12000 in additional bonus opportunities
- Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam
- Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or a related field
- Virginia BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we cover the cost!)
- Ability to provide in-person services within the Woodbridge area
Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.
