As a WiringTechnicianyou will:

• Installelectrical wiring systems for switchgears UPS panelboards lighting switches outlets and transformers
• Installconduits electrical wires and cables
• Ensureconduit install complies with electrical codes
• InstallLadder cable trays and Basket cable trays
• InstallCircuit breaker and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them
• Installpower feeders to equipments
• Installbranch circuits
• Inspectelectrical systems to ensure proper installation is up to code
• Installlow voltage/control wiring
• Terminatepower feeders (compression lugs) branch circuits and control wiring
• Performother related duties as assigned
  

This is aFull Time Temp to Hireopportunity.

The ideal Wiring Technician will have:

• Abilityto read blueprints
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Proficiencyin the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and speak English
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Prolonged periods standing kneeling bending and climbing ladders
• Capability of pulling wires and cables through conduits and cable trays
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds at a time

Pay Rate:$22.50 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
