Wireless Domain Architect
Remote -Brazil

Pay arte $30 to 40/hr

Wireless Domain Architect (DA) to support our Professional Services Domain Architect team within the Wireless and Mobility discipline. As an DA your primary objective is to support Professional Services through maintaining a high level of technical expertise around the Wireless and Mobility Network Solutions Discipline supporting delivery teams and engineers in the deployment of Wireless and Mobility Services and serving as an escalation point for delivery engineers. You will also be responsible for assisting with the introduction of new services including development and documentation of deployment methodologies and working with delivery teams to develop those capabilities in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the development of network planning design implementation services

• Pre/Post sales consultant to WWTs Enterprise clients.

• Consult with clients on their challenges and provide solutions to their technical problems.

• Develop architectural deliverables in support of our project-based work.

• Actively participate and support delivery engineers throughout all phases of a project including Project Launch Workshops Kick-off calls lessons learned etc.

• Review client deliverables to identify opportunities to improve quality through training mentoring product offering improvement and talent acquisition.

• Provide QA escalation support and mentoring for delivery teams.

• Work with Wireless and Mobility peers in delivery practice and business development to assist in developing and delivering training and updates on new services.

• Assist the Practice Team to generate and maintain practice documentation templates processes and collateral within the Practice portal for use by delivery teams Sales and Business Development by bridging the gap between Delivery teams and Practice teams.

• Work with the wider practice management team to monitor developing technologies and products and define the services that will be required to deliver those technologies and products. These services may include but are not limited to assessments reference architectures strategies roadmaps and a variety of Network Solutions deployment services.

• Work with Presales and Account teams to develop levels of effort and assist with statements of work and work break down structures

• Development of implementation and back out plans

• Conduct project launch workshops and project scoping workshops prior to delivery engagement.

• Interview delivery engineering candidates and provides feedback to management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to speak to enterprise-wide Network Solutions technologies especially those focused in Wireless and Mobility.

• Senior level knowledge in wireless and switching technologies.

• Expert level knowledge of survey technics and leveraging Ekahau

• Expertise in wireless location services including hyperlocation and BLE architecture and implementation experience desired

• Knowledge of current and upcoming technologies / trends including Wifi 6 CBRS private LTE 4G 5G

• Certified as CCIE or equivalent level of skills and experience.

• Primary Wireless Skillset and experience need to be Arista SME

• Secondary Wireless Skillset and experience in at least two of these OEMs; HPE Aruba Juniper Mist Cisco Meraki Cisco Catalyst

• A thorough understanding of the best practices for services execution.

• Capable of effective oral and written presentations to senior level executives.

• Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment. Communicates with precision distilling complex issues into a few decisive words that drive clarity and action.

• Able to conduct research into wireless issues and products as required.

• Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.

• Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• 5 years in a technical leadership role.

• Experience with leading a high-performance engineering team in a professional services environment.

• Demonstrates extreme ownership by acting as the single point of accountability for solution outcomes regardless of shared leadership models.

• Maintains constant situational awareness across delivery stakeholders and risk to prevent surprises and escalation drift.

• Aligns teams around business outcomes and success criteria not just task completion.

• Drives alignment between PMO technical leaders and partners to ensure cohesive execution.
• Remains adaptable and decisive adjusting course as customer needs scope or conditions evolve.
