WIOA Services Manager

Job Summary
General Responsibilities:
Ensure that all WlOA team services are provided in compliance with the contract with Philadelphia Works and WIOA regulations
Ensure that all services are provided in a trauma-informed manner
Plan and oversee daily WIOA related activities of the CareerLink
Assist with interviewing. hiring training and supervision of all WIOA staff
Provide direct supervision of WIOA team members schedule regular meetings of WIOA team members to review performance. Plan activities and obtain input from staff
Assist WIOA Workforce Advisors to develop case management plans for their customers and follow through to achieve customer goals
Review and verify WIOA program performance data and compare to contract goals to ensure success of the program
Develop and implement corrective actions when services are not meeting contract goals or requirements
Review customer files and electronic forms on a periodic basis to ensure that tiles are maintained in compliance with contract requirements
Complete reports and submit to CLA funding sources and other stakeholders as required
Forecast potential problem areas and implement preventive measures to ensure that problems do not occur
Inform CLA of existing/potential problems immediately
Attend CareerLink management meetings as scheduled
Assist with direct services as needed
Other task as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Social Work Human Services or an Associate Degree with four years of experience (10 years experience if no degree)
Minimum of three years of experience in management or supervisory positions with WIOA programs or managing comparable services
Strong knowledge of WIOA/WIOA requirements and services
Strong management and supervisor skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound knowledge of Office computer software
Sound knowledge of Philadelphia area city agencies and service system
