Goldminers Daughter Lodge is hiring a Winter Seasonal Dining Room Server at the base of Alta Ski Area for the 202627 season (November 30 2026 through April 3 2027). You will earn $15.00 per hour plus tips and average 3540 hours per week.

This is not an ordinary serving job. You will manage tables know the menu and deliver the kind of service that turns a mountain dinner into a memory. The crew is fun and hardworking. You can get outside before or after your shift-ski-in ski-out access is right outside the lodge doors.

What You Will Do

• Provide exceptional service while managing multiple tables in a busy dining room.
• Know the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Keep service moving smoothly and help create a welcoming guest experience.
• Support a positive team environment during peak weekends and holidays.

What You Bring

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous serving or comparable hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service communication multitasking and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work weekends and holidays.

Perks On-site housing is available for most full-time seasonal employees and is a major perk for people who want to live steps from the lifts with no commute. Room and board is deducted at $25 per person per day and includes three meals WiFi a ski-bus pass fitness room hot tub and sauna plus an Alta or Snowbird ski pass or a $1472.18 end-of-season payout. First-year full-time employees who want to ski pay a $200 deposit; returning employees do not. Off-site employees receive two meals per day worked plus the same amenities and pass/payout options.
