Windows Service Coordinator

Under moderate supervision a Service Coordinator receives information on an issue and takes ownership of resolving said issue in a timely customer and operations focused manner. Requires excellent problem-solving skills a high level of organization a sense of urgency and grace under pressure. Communication skills are an absolute must. The service coordinator juggles the intake of work orders placing material orders scheduling service stops through various parties and keeps all parties updated at all times. They also keep management advised on any issues with deliveries material shortages backorders and escalated customer ordering delivery and installation of products/material at customers customer complaints are handled in a timely warranty accounts handles claims and resolves customer closely with customers vendors salesmen subcontractors technicians and different of the items listed below while not required is highly beneficial:Construction Industry KnowledgeMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft OutlookOnLineRequirements: High school diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) and one (1) year of assembly or clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
