Window & Door Service Technician

We are seeking a Field Service Technician. This role provides onsite residential service and repairs for building materials primarily windows and doors while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls at customers homes to diagnose and repair windows doors cabinets and other building materials.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine whether they result from product defects installation errors or other causes.
• Perform repairs adjustments and part replacements using hand and power tools.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners explain repair recommendations provide estimates and answer questions.
• Maintain positive customer relationships while addressing service concerns.
• Collect payments for completed service work.
• Maintain service van inventory coordinate replacement parts and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
• Communicate service updates and resolutions with internal sales teams.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
