Adding 2 CNMs
Collaborating with an OBGYN physician
Operating in a shared model
Clinic during the day
Will do deliveries
Pre and Post Natal Care
Will care for OBGYNs newborns up to 6 weeks
Will take input on scheduling and call from the CNMs who are hired
