Windchill Senior System Consultant

• Define high-level and detailed architecture for Windchill implementations upgrades and integrations.
• Align Windchill solutions with business goals and industry best practices.
• Experience in CAD worker setup for Windchill environments including Creo Office Worker etc.
• Strong understanding of Windchill architecture including CAD integrations vault configurations and cluster setups.
• Configuration of SSO and SSL configuration.
• Upgrade planning and execution including rehearsals on lower environments.
• Documenting all steps and preparing a detailed runbook for the production upgrade.
• Final execution of the upgrade on the production environment.
• Running WinDU analyzing results and resolving issues reported during upgrade rehearsals.

• Lead development of workflows object models and system configurations.
• Integrate Windchill with ERP (SAP ECC/S4) MES CPQ and CAD platforms.

• Oversee end-to-end implementation including configuration testing deployment and optimization.
• Manage risk stakeholder communication and project governance.

• Guide junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and testing standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and customizations.

• Proficiency in Java/J2EE SQL Spring Hibernate and Windchill modules (PDMLink ProjectLink PartsLink).
• Experience with Windchill Bulk Migration ESI integration and performance tuning.
