This is not your typical front desk job.

Our Wellness Coordinators are referred to as our Office Managers and are the heartbeat of our clinics. Youre often the first smile a patient sees the person who helps them understand their options and an important part of creating an experience that makes people want to come back- and tell their friends and family about us.

As a Wellness Coordinator youll help create an exceptional experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors.

You will:

• Greet every patient with warmth energy and genuine care
• Help new patients feel comfortable welcomed and confident in choosing our clinic
• Educate patients on our wellness plans packages and membership options
• Confidently communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care
• Support clinic goals for new patients memberships retention and growth
• Check patients in process payments answer phones and maintain accurate patient information
• Build relationships with patients and help keep them engaged in their care
• Partner closely with our doctors to create a seamless patient experience
• Ask for referrals and help more people in our community discover chiropractic
• Keep the clinic clean organized professional and ready for patients
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing efforts
• Jump in help your teammates and take ownership when something needs to get done

Sales hospitality fitness healthcare retail or other customer-facing experience is a plus- but attitude energy reliability and the ability to connect with people matter just as much to us.

MondayFriday: 10:00 AM7:00 PM
SaturdaySunday: 10:00 AM4:00 PM

Wellness Coordinators arrive before opening to prepare the clinic for the day.

Applicants should have flexibility to work a combination of weekdays evenings and weekends. Opportunities for additional hours may be available based on clinic needs.
