This position is responsible for delivering exceptional member and guest experiences through personalized service efficient scheduling billing wellness program coordination and concierge Wellness Concierge ensures every member and guest feels welcomed valued and supported while maintaining the luxury service standards expected at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. This role assists with wellness programming fitness services recovery offerings retail sales and member engagement initiatives while serving as a key communication link between members and the Sports Club School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to speak read write and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with members guests and colleagues. Associates degree in Hospitality Recreation Business Administration Wellness Fitness Management or a related field & ExperienceMinimum two (2) years of experience in concierge services front desk operations hospitality wellness spa fitness club or luxury resort environments with scheduling booking systems point-of-sale systems billing and guest service operations in luxury hospitality private clubs wellness centers or fitness facilities certification preferred or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of KnowledgeStrong customer service and hospitality skills with a passion for member of fitness wellness recovery and recreational services with scheduling reservation billing and point-of-sale to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced knowledge of Microsoft Office and club management software communication organizational problem-solving and interpersonal platform experience Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain professional appearance grooming and personal hygiene members and guests warmly while delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized member and guest check-in procedures efficiently and and coordinate group fitness classes personal training sessions Pilates appointments wellness consultations recovery services and special PNOĒ metabolic testing appointments and assist with member preparation and follow-up billing transactions retail purchases membership charges and service payments facility tours and educate members on Sports Club amenities programs and wellness members in selecting wellness programs services and offerings that support their continuous coverage of the concierge desk during operating member flow and communicate operational needs with Sports Club Supervisors Attendants Trainers and to member questions concerns and service requests in a professional and timely concerns appropriately to Sports Club leadership when retail merchandise and wellness-related products to enhance the member with member onboarding and support wellness engagement accurate attendance revenue scheduling and member usage departmental events wellness programs special activities and member engagement the concierge area remains clean organized and welcoming at all departmental meetings training sessions and safety meetings as all company policies procedures and departmental operating responsibilities that support Forbes Five-Star AAA Five-Diamond and luxury hospitality service additional duties as assigned by the Sports Club Manager or Executive Director of RequirementsAbility to stand walk and remain active for extended to move throughout the Sports Club and wellness to lift and carry up to 25 to work a flexible schedule including early mornings evenings weekends and to operate computer systems point-of-sale systems and office Part of Something ExtraordinaryAt Ponte Vedra Inn & Club we believe wellness extends beyond fitnessit is about creating exceptional experiences meaningful connections and personalized service.
