Looking for a role where you can support residents stay active throughout your day and be part of a caring team Sage Mountain Senior Living an Agemark Senior Living community is hiring a Full-Time Wellness Assistant.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping others staying organized and pitching in wherever needed to create a great experience for our residents.

What Youll Do

• Assist residents with daily routines meals appointments activities and other needs

• Provide medication support as trained and authorized

• Help coordinate resident activities outings and special events

• Assist with scheduling communication and general organization

• Help coordinate transportation requests maintenance needs and other resident services

• Work closely with team members to ensure residents receive responsive compassionate support

What Were Looking For

• Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred

• Medication Technician training or experience preferred

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Dependable compassionate and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities

• A positive team-focused approach to resident care
