About the Project
Were looking for a Welding Inspector for a new pipeline gathering system build: approximately 2.5 miles of 6 pipe. This system is slated for future expansion so this one is expected to lead into follow-on work.
What Youll Do
- Inspect welding operations in the field for compliance with project specs code and procedures
- Verify welder qualifications and WPS adherence
- Review NDE/weld documentation and keep accurate daily reports
- Work with the construction team and client reps to resolve weld-related issues
Requirements
- Active CPWI or CWI certification (either accepted)
- Proven pipeline welding inspection experience ideally on gathering or small-diameter systems
- Ability to start ASAP and commit through December
