Pay: $19.00$25.00 per hour

We are seeking experienced Flux/Solid Core Welders and Fitters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding fitting and metal fabrication and be comfortable reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

This position requires attention to detail a commitment to safety and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing or construction environment.

• Perform welding using MIG TIG FCAW (Flux Core) and Stick welding processes on various materials including sheet metal and pipe.
• Fit assemble and weld components according to blueprints and project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics measurements and ASME codes and standards.
• Operate hand and power tools press brake machines plasma cutters and other fabrication equipment.
• Use calipers micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
• Safely perform rigging operations and assist with moving materials using cranes or forklifts.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and project requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects accurately and on schedule.

• Previous experience as a Welder Fitter or Fabricator is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Flux Core/Solid Core welding and other welding processes including MIG TIG FCAW and Stick.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints schematics and fabrication drawings.
• Strong mechanical and fabrication knowledge.
• Experience with ductwork assembly pipe threading machining or soldering is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools power tools and fabrication equipment.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately take measurements.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
