Welder II Kapco Grafton WI

If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for Welder II on our 1st shift or Weekend Shift at our Grafton WI location.

Primary Responsibilities

• Daily operation of the robotic welding work cells
• Safe operation of robot loads and unloads fixtures and ensures the overall quality of welded parts
• Performs quality checks using proper measuring devices during operation and completes quality records
• Ensure all boxes have tare weight proper tagging and proper counts
• All other duties as assigned

Skills for this position are gained through on the job training. This includes changing of tips opening the program needed and running a bulls-eye when needed. Mechanical aptitude physical dexterity and knowledge of welding are recommended.
